Topical analgesia of intact skin in connection with needle insertion, superficial surgical procedures.

Dosage and administration 劑量及服用方法
Adult
1. Skin: the cream is applied to the skin and covered with an occlusive dressing. After removal of tape, it will remain effective for at least 1 hour.
a. For needle insertion (e.g. insertion of intravenous lines, taking blood samples).
b. For minor superficial surgical procedures (e.g. curettage of the lesions caused by molluscum contagiosum) apply 1.5 to 2 g of the cream per 10 cm2 for at least one hour.
c. For superficial surgical procedures on larger areas (e.g. split skin grafting) apply 1.5 to 2 g of the cream per 10 cm2.
2. Genital mucosa: for removal of condyloma, the cream is applied approximately 10 g for 5-10 minutes, the surgery must be begun immediately after removal of the cream.
3. Leg ulcers: the cream is applied to the skin and covered with an occlusive dressing. An opened tube is intended for a single use, and any remaining cream must therefore be discarded after each treatment procedure. The cream is applied 1-2 g per 10 cm2 of skin surface for at least 30 minutes but not more than 10 g per treatment procedure. For leg ulcers with tissue that is particularly difficult to penetrate, the application time may be extended to 60 minutes. Cleaning of the ulcer should begin within 10 minutes after the cream has been removed. Licarlo cream has been used for up to 15 treatment procedures over a period of 1-2 months without a decline in effect or increase in the number of local reaction.
Children: 3 months 12 months
The total dose should not exceed 2 g.
The area of skin surface should not exceed 16 cm2.
